About The Conference

The ISRSD conference aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and policymakers to exchange and disseminate knowledge on recent advances in intelligent systems, robotics, automation, and sustainable technologies. The focus will be on how intelligent and robotic systems can contribute to the development of a sustainable society, addressing challenges in agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and environmental monitoring.

The target audience for this conference includes academicians, researchers, and PhD scholars who are engaged in advancing knowledge in the field, as well as industry professionals and R&D organizations working on innovative solutions and applications. Workshop proposals should include:

Submission Guidelines

Paper Submission

  • Authors are invited to submit papers should not exceed 15 pages including results, figures, and references through the CMT link.
  • Submission must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
  • Full Paper: having 12 to 13 pages (including figures & tables).
  • Short Paper: having 10 to 11 pages (including figures & tables).

We invite authors to participate in the conference by submitting articles that showcase their research findings, projects, surveys, and industry experiences, which highlight the significant progress made in the fields of machine learning for data analytics, modernization, and automation.

By sharing their work with the community, authors will contribute to the advancement of these fields and foster collaborative efforts towards addressing the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the domain. Submit the manuscript of the paper in the CCIS one-column page format as follows:

Author Guidelines

  • To ensure that the conference features novel and high-quality research, all submissions must be original and not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere while undergoing review for this conference. We expect authors to uphold the highest ethical standards in their research and to adhere to proper citation and attribution practices. We encourage authors to submit their work within the designated time frame to ensure timely review and consideration.
  • To ensure fairness and impartiality in the review process, the Technical Programme Committee (TPC) will subject all papers submitted to the conference to anonymous review. This means that authors will not be aware of the identity of the reviewers assigned to evaluate their work. The TPC comprises experts in the field of machine learning for data analytics, modernization, and automation, who will assess the submissions based on their quality, relevance, originality, and significance to the field. By maintaining anonymity in the review process, we aim to uphold the highest standards of objectivity and integrity, and ensure that each submission receives a fair and rigorous evaluation.
  • To ensure that the accepted papers are of the highest quality, all submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
    • Relevance and timeliness: The paper should address a relevant and timely problem or research question in the field of the conference.
    • Technical content and scientific rigor: The paper should demonstrate a strong technical foundation and scientific rigor in its methodology, analysis, and results.
    • Novelty and originality: The paper should introduce new ideas, concepts, or approaches that represent a significant contribution to the field.
    • Quality of presentation: The paper should be well-written, clear, and easy to understand, with appropriate use of visuals and references.
  • Based on these criteria, each submission will be given an overall recommendation by the Technical Programme Committee (TPC). Authors whose papers receive positive reviews and final approval from SpringerNature will be invited to present their work at the conference. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the authors. The Organizing Committee may only communicate with the corresponding author who submitted the paper, and not with all authors.
  • Papers must be clearly written in English and formatted using the link for the template.
  • Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least three reviewers.

Paper Format

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

  • Full papers (up to 8 pages)
  • Short papers (up to 4 pages)
  • Poster papers (up to 2 pages)

All submissions must be in PDF format and follow the Springer LNCS template.

Review Process

Author instructions: We follow double-blind peer review process. Each article will assign to 3-4 reviewers. Articles will be selected for presentation and publication only if at least two reviewers will select the article after completing the review process.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.

Before submitting the paper, it should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism tools such as Turnitin. The content similarity should not exceed 10%. In an article, any type of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should be avoided. If you incorporate a model, concept, figure, table, data, or concluding statement from a previously published work, make sure to correctly cite the source research work. Also, the language you use to explain it should not be the same as the language used in the research work from which you adapted it. The new submission with a similar title to a published article will be considered as 100% plagiarism. It will be desk rejected. You should get permission from the copyright owners before utilizing any copyrighted material.

ISRSS-2026 is intended to accept ONLY high-level quality papers which have originality and novelty in content. The conference strongly suggests NOT to use or copy any part of the already published materials. The papers submitted to the conference first will undergo screening process for originality in content. If they satisfy this requirement the papers will be further sent to review. Otherwise, the papers will be rejected at the first level. The authors who indulge in plagiarism will be blacklisted.

Papers found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected without any REVIEW and no notification will be sent to author regarding this.

Use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies are strictly avoided.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations received before February 28, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 1-15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2026.
